In trying to get Frotz working cleanly with both BSD's curses and ncurses,
I keep tripping over an annoying problem: ncurses doesn't want to allow
color usage on xterms while BSD curses will. Is there some way ncurses
can be forced into color mode regardless of the value of $TERM, or assume
"color_xterm" when it's actually "xterm"?
