nCurses Porting to VMS

I am currently porting nCurses to openVMS.

As I am new to the open source, I have a few questions:
- Are you interested in adding the port to VMS into the future release of
nCurses ?

- If yes, what will I have to do in order to give you all rights on my code
(I am working on this at my working place, therefore all what I write is
copyrigthed to my compagny)
