This is a address@hidden list.

It should remain open so one doens't have to subscribe to submit a bug
report.

Create an ncurses-info list or something that's members only.  But leave
the -bug version open.

I would agree that using some sort of filter to prevent known SPAM
originating sites from submitting would be a good idea.  Something like
SPEWS, for instance.

But don't close the list.
