ncurses-5.2-20010618 compile error

Hello,

I use Red Hat 7.1(kernel-2.4.5-ac15, glibc-2.2.3, gcc-2.96-85,
binutils-2.11.90.0.15, ..), and met following error while compileing
ncurses-5.2-20010618.(long lines wrapped by me).
