PATCH: Fix 2 bugs in test/bs.c

This patch fixes 2 bugs in test/bs.c

The first bug was that no ships were ever placed in the last row or in the 
last column. This made the game very easy to win, because you never had to 
waste any shots there, but the computer did.

The second bug was that the the squares around a sunken ship that belonged to 
the player were not displayed as already hit by the computer, like it does 
for the player.
