I took latest sources file on the subversion repository and they work
well now.

I don't know ... we had our last release in June so would be nice to have at the end of September or beginning of October something to release(3 months time span).
I want to have ms work with mono asp server ... but I'm depending on new security file implementation.
I would check ftp ... there may be some tests to be added there and eventually add more commands to ftp server.
I really don't have decided yet for a task to work on so I may help you rewrite security as well if you think this task can be split in two.
