[Bug-myserver] fastcgi with mono web server

Hi all,

I'm interested in configuring ms to work with mono web server in order
to handle asp web pages. This can be done using mono as fastcgi client
to ms requests. There are some improvements that can be done along with
this configuration like handling anything under a cfged path by a
fastcgi manager. This will keep me buisy in the next future. Also I'll
try to check source changes ( if they are still compiling :))) ) from
time to time.
