[Bug-myserver] define short period tasks

Hi all,

in order to follow our development model some tasks should be defined, I
already created some of them:

I configured the most difficult ones as wish, there will not be need to
implement them before the next release.
Do you have other ideas?

Alexandru: as I changed many things in the tree, do you think there is
need to refactor something for the FTP implementation?  Probably rules
that use flex and bison should be changed but I didn't look further
inside it.
