[Bug-myserver] tasks list management

Hi,

I think it is better to use the task admin offered by savannah to add
and describe tasks than the plain TODO file.

In this way we have an opportunity to track how many items we are
missing before the next release, as we decided for our development model
to have a major release once all planned tasks are done, test releases
happen on a fixed date without care about the project status.

Is there any reason to use the TODO file?  Maybe we can use it like a
wish list but keep planned tasks actively on savannah in addition to the
bug tracker?
