[Bug-moe] Quit message

If one tries to quit moe 0.9 without saving the file, the following
message is provided: "Lose changes to this file ? (y/n/^C)"

This caught me off guard as I was expecting the message to be
something in the order of "Save changes to this file ? (y/n/^C)",
where the actions for the input of "y" and "n" would be the opposite
of what they currently are.

The appropriate changes to window_vector.cc are attached.
