[Bug-mit-scheme] Error installing on Cygwin

Hi, I am trying to install the Portable C version of MIT Scheme on Cygwin. 
I am hoping to get full graphical support of the Scmutils library used in a 
number of books by Prof. Sussman at MIT. I have installed Scmutils on the 
Windows version of MIT Scheme, but doesn't have full graphical support.

I am not a native Linux person, so prefer not to do a full Linux partition 
on my laptop. Was hoping Cygwin would be adequate. However, the regular 
Linux distribution failed. I am now trying the C version from source code, 
but linking aborted with message: Undefined reference to _fe_dfl_env. Do 
you have any suggestions to correct this?

Also, during check phase, it told me I had no Termcap or Curses 
functionality and would emulate, although I specifically installed the 
Cygwin Curses package, beforehand.
