Sorry for the long delay in getting to this.

A few comments:

• The standard boilerplate is broken for people who use xhtml, like us. That's why those files have xhtml-friendly sub-includes, which I requested a few years ago. You might consider making the standard boilerplate use those sub-includes instead, since it has the added benefit that the source can be validated outside of the server. I can send you the changes if you like.
• I've updated our code to reflect the changes to the standard boilerplate and will be checking the changes in shortly.
• I've also reduced the number of abbreviation links.
• Please note that CPH is me, so your expansion, while appreciated, is incorrect. :)

Please let me know if there are any changes I missed.

on page styling with Ineiev. One of the issues we have to deal with is
that a few pages were built against an old boilerplate with the
translation list at the bottom. Three of them are in the s/mit-scheme
directory [1-3]. In addition, [1] and [3] have a large number of
repetitive acronyms or links which are bothersome for the reader.

Upgrading those pages to the latest boilerplate [4], replacing <acronym>

defined anymore, but CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook) might since it
is unheard of outside English-speaking countries. I also added the
"emph-box" class (light gray background) to the code blocks in [2]. A
diff is attached.

If you agree with those changes but don't have time to commit them to
CVS, I will be glad to do it, with any further modifications you specify.
