[Bug-mit-scheme] binary for Windows 7, 64 bit?

I wanted to take a look at Scheme, but the windows binary doesn't seem to

run on my system. Emacs starts, and the welcome message is displayed,
but there is no prompt, and no evaluation of expressions.
Also, the tutorial doesn't run. Does the binary only run on 32 bit windows?
