Details:

In the 'GNU Manuals Online' webpage[http://www.gnu.org/manual/manual.html],
the 'Software development' section lists 'MIT/GNU Scheme'. 

However, the link to the manual for one of its element seems to be broken.

Kindly correct the error (if any) or suggest the correct URL to be updated at
