    Yes, I've seen this several times: it's a bug in Apple Mail.  You can
    work around it by setting `imail-mime-show-alternatives' to #t.

Whoops, I find that you told me this before.

I looked in saved e-mail and didn't find it, but the answer was in my
.edwin file, commented out.  My intention was that I would explicitly
use that when expected attachments didn't seem to be there, rather
than having it #t by default.  So then I forgot about it.
Sorry I bothered you about it again.
