Ah, yes. A little digging turned up /cvsroot/mit-scheme/etc/
update-rcs-log, which showed A Way. A little frobnication, a cvs2cl
package, and a short wait (less than 5 minutes) produced a gaggle of
ChangeLogs with entries going back to 1986. Cool.
