Details:

How come when I run mit-scheme-7.7.1-ix86-win32.exe or win32-6001.exe, I get
the install shield extractor, which asks me if I want to install MIT Scheme,
to which I answer 'yes', then I see a progress bar, then the window
disappears, then nothing - no user interface, no instructions, no nothing? I
am trying to install it on the Windows 2000 Server operating system. The
process persists, but nothing happens. I've done this a dozen or so times.
