GPG Errors, all good except gpg 2.2.9

Hello,

 

I try to build gpg, the newest version. I use ‚make‘ all the time before I came up to this error with the make of gpg-build 2.2.9:

 

60 tests run, 46 succeeded, 11 failed, 0 failed expectedly, 0 succeeded unexpectedly, 3 skipped.
