I pushed these fixes.  Note that I modified some of the patches slightly
to fix up some coding standard issues, etc.  You should rebase or merge
your subsequent changes to the current master HEAD.

You don't need to do that; all the tests are included automatically
without having to be listed separately.

I'm not really sure exactly what you mean.  If the changes to test
scripts are pervasive maybe we should consider something more at the
framework level, if possible, rather than making individual changes to
every test.  Even some of the changes to the archive testing, for
example, could be consolidated into a common interface (maybe).
