My platform is i686-pc-linux-gnu, red hat linux 8.0. I configure make 3.80 with: cd /berman/migchain/build/host/make-baseline /berman/migchain/source/make-3.80/configure \ --prefix=/berman/migchain/install/host/make-baseline \ --disable-nsec-timestamps Then I build make 3.80 with: sh ./build.sh The build dies with: compiling address@hidden@.c... gcc: /berman/migchain/source/make-3.80/address@hidden@.c: No such file or directory gcc: no input files It looks like a missing @...@ substitution in configure.in.
