I did re-compile it. That is why I reported.
The LDD says:
libmu_mbox.so.7 => not found
libmailutils.so.7 => not found
I can see I have those files in
mailutils cflags
-I/package/mail/mailutils-2021-05-08/include
So those files exist on the system.

I think email never went to mailing list, it returned back, there is
problem with your server.
