[bug-mailutils] pi[pe] [[msglist] command] misleading

So it turns out msglist is not optional at all!

So the above nested brackets are misleading.

'pipe [MSGLIST] [SHELL-COMMAND]'
'| [MSGLIST] [SHELL-COMMAND]'
     Pipe the contents of specified messages through SHELL-COMMAND.  If
     SHELL-COMMAND is empty but the string variable 'cmd' is set, the
     value of this variable is used as a command name.

Maybe that should be
'| MSGLIST [SHELL-COMMAND]'
