[bug-mailutils] Guile bindings: decoding Quoted Printable strings.

Hello!

I would like to decode Quoted Printable strings from email headers with
the Guile 2.2 bindings.  I have looked through the list of Guile
procedures that are provided by the bindings, but I have not found a
procedure that would allow me to convert Quoted Printable strings such
as “Hello =?utf-8?Q?H=C3=A8llo?=” to regular Guile strings in the target
encoding.

Could this feature be made available to Guile?  Or should I better
attempt to use the Guile FFI to wrap a procedure from the mailutils
libraries?
