[bug-mailutils] imap4d and MH folders

I have a bunch of MH folders which I wish to access via IMAP as well as via the 
traditional mh commands.
AIUI mailutils imap4d is one of the few imap implementations that supports 
accessing MH folders however 
I am using the imap4d that is part of Debian wheezy.  The MH folders are in the 
Mail subirectory of my 
home directory.  Presumably I need to set some of configuration variable to 
point to the folders but 
I have no idea what variable or where.  Ideally this would survive my home 
directory being moved.
