[bug-mailutils] Mailutils-2.2 imap4d tests fail with gcc 4.8.0

Hi all,

I recently tried to build mailutils-2.2 with gcc 4.8.0, and five of
the imap4d tests failed.  It looks

Everything succeeds with gcc 4.7.2.  Has anyone else tried to build
with gcc 4.8?

I'm using the NixOS Linux distribution, which is a bit obscure, but
since the build works with gcc 4.7 and doesn't work with gcc 4.8, I am
guessing the problem is with gcc and/or mailutils.  If you like, I can
try to set up gcc 4.8 on my Debian computer and build mailutils there.
