[bug-mailutils] MH "message does not exist" errors

Hello,

The bug in question should be fixed by commit d9ddd27a[1]. For those
who have difficulties building from Git sources, the test tarball
mailutils-2.99.98-20130402.tar.{gz,bz2,xz} is available from the usual
location[2]. Please give it a try.

Please note that I haven't yet disabled the error message in case of
delete operations, as Bill proposed. This means that `mark' can still
issue spurious errors, if there are any sequences left over from the
previous operations (which is pretty likely). To avoid this, remove such
"stale" sequences beforehand.
