[bug-mailutils] MH: message removal speedup

patch.  It should speed up the message removal operations.

Subject: [PATCH] Bugfix.

* libmailutils/base/amd.c (_amd_update_message): Return
immediately if the message is not modified. Always use
initialized value of flg.
