[bug-mailutils] nntp build failure

Hi Sergey!

I tried enabling everything, as I have been building libmu_nntp for years,
and found that configure.ac's summary of the configuration does not report
nntp (but does report other experimental features like cxx).

The nntp build fails with:

nntp_debug.c: In function 'mu_nntp_debug_ack':
nntp_debug.c:36:65: error: macro "mu_debug" passed 4 arguments, but takes just 3
nntp_debug.c:36:3: error: 'mu_debug' undeclared (first use in this function)
nntp_debug.c:36:3: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only once for 
each function it appears in

The cxx code also fails to build. Not sure if this was a know issue.

Even if it built, would you recommend not enabling this?
