[bug-mailutils] New boostrap build error

I ran into the following problem in trying to make the latest cvs mailuitils.

Please see the following error message printed by the make.

I want to track down the problem.  Is this an incomplete build script problem, 
git not getting all source, or my platform specific problem, etc...

Using git version 1.5.3.8.
