[bug-mailutils] threw away data if no newline

Can you believe you actually don't detect input lines unless they end
with a newline!?!? 188 Moby Thesaurus words for "terrible": aberrant,
abnormal, abominable, acute, alarming...

$ echo -n yyy|mail jidanni
Null message body; hope that's ok
           <--no it's not, as also is not this blank line.
$ mail -V
mail (GNU Mailutils 1.1)
$ echo -n yyy|mutt jidanni #Works fine
