I am subscribed to mh-e-devel, so I've read the discussion, although I
had no time to answer: vacations, you know :) Anyways, here are my 2
cents:

No, `mailutils' stands for the whole bunch of libraries, programs etc.,
not only for the MH implementation. I'd rather advocate for `gnu-mh',
for what it's worth. After all, Mailutils' is the only GNU
implementation of MH :)
