RFC2822:

   There is also an alternate simple form of a mailbox where the
   addr-spec address appears alone, without the recipient's name or
   the angle brackets.

   Cc: <address@hidden>, "Giant; \"Big\" Box" <address@hidden>

   and address@hidden uses the simpler address form without the
   angle brackets.

Therefore, I hereby pronounce Mailutils guilty of making users' mail
look _unprofessional_ by taking the simplistic no-brainer approach of
always adding angle brackets, whether the user put them there or not!
