An email in RFC-(2)822 format, preceded by a valid

It is invalid, indeed. Although when I tried to reproduce it, mail.local
happily feeded this garbage into my mailbox.  So, coredumping seems to be
the preferred behavior in this case.

Since this adds new features without harming the basic functionality, I
do not see any objections to applying it to CVS.
