[bug-mailutils] MH documentation

All,

I am having writers block.  Please help me out. Give me some feedback and ideas 
and constructive criticisms....  Also inform me of what I missed.

Re: MH documention in Mailutils's manual I am trying to think on an order and 
scope.

One possible way is:

1.) Introduction about what its for (i.e., mh-e ) 
    (a.) mh-e
        (b.) requirements (if any needs mentioning)
        (c.) relation to other mailutils programs if any

2.) Explain the configuration files. (and gnu features) as in the alias file.

        * .mh_profile
        * .mtstailor 
        * .mailutils  (or relationship to MH if any)
        *  alias file  (gnu extenstion)
        *  is there anyting in .mailrc  that's relavant?


3.) Then explain each program and maybe give some examples.
    (Here's my current list in the mh directory)
ali.exe    fmtcheck.exe  install-mh.exe  mhparam.exe  repl.exe  send.exe
anno.exe   folder.exe    mark.exe        mhpath.exe   rmf.exe   sortm.exe
