No, it is not processed. Moreover, Mailutils knows nothing about this
header. It is not defined in any RFC and even original RAND MH
documentation contains only a couple of lines about it. If my memory
serves me, it says something like "Because Dcc: isn't documented, don't
depend on it staying in MH forever."
