These are all that is needed by mh-e. Mailutils MH has been developed
mainly for interfacing with GNU Emacs and in close collaboration with
the MH-E team. By the way, as you can see, all my mails are sent only
by MH-E 7.84+cvs + Mailutils MH.

These are not needed for mh-e.

No, currently there is not.

I'd be glad to coordinate our efforts in that matter. In general,
documentation is the urgent issue for mailutils, especially since the
latest changes as we are getting close to 1.0 release.
