Yeah, it was changed a while back. If anyone reading this has access to
the mailutils-i18n list configuration, please, it'd be good if it could
be configured to do the same (but be sure to add the Translation Project
robot to the list of allowed senders).

I've noticed this quite a few times. It needs a CVS admin to chmod +x
the file in the actual repository in savannah... you can't change
permissions using the cvs client.
