en_CA.UTF-8 doesn't give me any problems on a simple mailbox of 38
messages. Need more information to troubleshoot this - Is the problem
apparent with simple messages, or is it when reading messages that are
outside of the usual ASCII character set? Outside of latin-1?
The other obvious questions that come to mind have to do with is the
terminal he's working in actually utf-8 compatible.
