Thank you. I guess I already know where the problem is.
Please try configuring the package as follows:

 ./configure CPPFLAGS=-D__EXTENSIONS__ --disable-nls [OTHER-OPTIONS]

Does it compile then? In particular, does it solve the strtok_r problem?
