Three things:

1) Revision and normalization of return codes.
Returning 'No such file or directory' when some header field is not
present seems to me a Very Bad Thing (tm). I expect to clean this
up today or tomorrow.

2) Fix in the 'stream' subsystem: replace stream_get_fd functions with
stream_get_transport. Without that it is impossible to handle SASL
authenticated connections over a TLS encrypted channel. This will take
a couple of days more.

3) Finally add iconv support to rfc2047.c

Plus some minor housekeeping chores, testing, etc. In sum, I expect
to make 0.5 ready by the next weekend.
