I apologize for the noize, I forgot a make clean, now it works but I
don't understand why the imap4d return a \NoSelect on the maidlir
boxes, I see that it append in imap4d/list.c:print_dir, a directory
come by default with \NoSelect attribute, is it possible to make an
exeption for maildir directory ?
