[bug-mailutils] Mailutils mailbox null sender patch

G'Day All,

Attached is a small patch which was developed in-house to permit the employ
of the null sender within the address functions of the mailbox library.  The
functionality was required for internal development and is additionally
listed in the FIXME for mailbox/parse822.c.

This patch is being submitted in the hope that this functionality can be
likewise be incorporated into the standard mailbox library.
    
Any comments, suggestions or questions relating to this patch are welcomed.
