[bug-mailutils] maildir patch

This is a maildir patch for the recently released mailutils version 0.4.

We are working on maildir processing in the mailbox/maildir/mbox.c file
prepared last year by Jeff Bailey.
Our goal is to provide just the processing part of maildir as soon as
possible (that is what we need right now).
Jeff Williams (not the Bailey) has just sent a patch for maildir
*delivery* which should integrate with our patch ok(ish).

The code works here but has not been properly tested.
Our code is mostly "modeled" on the MH implementation.
I include a patch to version 0.4.

How can we test this code properly?
Any help appreciated.
