Yes but is it done at a *user* level or connection level.
Meaning if I reconnect as a different user using the same machine
would xinetd reject the connection ?
The code will send:
-ERR [LOGIN-DELAY] delay still active for %s.
_After_, the user sucessfully authenticate.
