Excellent. I will probably leave the MU default for Debian too.

Ok, the problem was the typo.

With Debian's mailx (CVS snapshots, taken from OpenBSD, iirc):

65675:address@hidden:~$ mailx jordi
Subject:    <-- press C-c
(Interrupt -- one more to kill letter)
C-c again and I'm out.

So I only need two Control-C's.

This is mailx 8.1.2-0.20030521cvs-1, just confirmed it comes from
OpenBSD, which IIRC is the only tree that is actively maintained.
