I was just reading this in the archive (I hadn't subscribed yet).

I think that since cc: is a _header_ feild, that it should be prompted
for before the body of the message.

There could be a compatibility configuration option for those that have
scripts that depend on the old behaviour.  But maybe you shouldn't
continue bad behaviour if it's bad only because it's standard!  :-)
