The default location is /usr/bin/mu-mh, so I'd say that's the natural
place to search for it.

  --with-mh-bindir        Set the directory where to install the MH binaries.
                          to it. (Default: ${exec_prefix}/bin/mu-mh)

Btw, Peter/Sergey, when you think the issues have been solved and mh-e
works with mu-mh, tell me and I'll upload a new snapshot.
