To be honest, I've never used IMAP so I don't know all the
possibilities.  I suppose that the server mail is not in MH format, so
inc seems the only command to make sense.  Unless we could donwload only
headers and make a `scan' output out of those.  Then maybe an inc option
that specifies which messages to fetch might be possible.

I presume that you can also specify whether to delete the messages or
not from the server, download all messages or just unread ones?
