[bug-mailutils] have an MTA yet?

Hi!

Does GNU mailutils have an MTA yet? If it doesn't, i'd just like to
point out there's smail. Its maintainer(s) seem to be quite GNU
friendly (it used to be in ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu), and I even found
RMS quotes in the sources ;).

Maybe the smail maintainer(s) like(s) to integrate it in GNU mailutils.

However, note that smail's build system is a bit weird and doesn't
use automake or even autoconf. It probably needs this and other GCSising
tasks before being able to make into mailutils.

P.S: No, i'm not going to do that, I just point it out in case you're
interested. :P
