[bug-mailutils] mail's more doesn't know about dumb terminals

Gentlemen, with some mail in your mailbox, in an emacs *shell* window, type
m a i l <return> <return> q <return>

On the screen, one sees,
--More--q
        & No applicable message
&

The problem is you think you will just get a 'q' and not a 'q RET'
because you didn't check what kind of terminal one is on.

Real more(1) doesn't do this.

$ mail --ver
mail (GNU Mailutils 0.3.1)
